Hulk Hogan's Widow Faces Lawsuits Alleging Negligence and Grooming

Sky Daily, the widow of late WWE legend Hulk Hogan, is facing two lawsuits alleging negligence and predatory behavior. One lawsuit claims Daily provided alcohol to minors at her son's house party on March 28th, where an underage girl alleges she was raped. The second lawsuit accuses Daily of grooming her son's girlfriend with alcohol to join the Church of Scientology.

According to the first complaint, Daily, 48, supplied alcohol for her son Hayden Hitt's party despite knowing minors would be present. She is accused of leaving Hitt and his guests unsupervised while she attended a wrestling event. During the party, an underage girl, identified as Jane B. Doe, claims she was given a Four Loko by John B. Doe, who she alleges subsequently raped her for several hours in a bedroom while Hitt guarded the door. The complaint states Doe suffered severe injuries. Jane B. Doe alleges she was able to retrieve a semen-filled condom as evidence, but Daily removed two other condoms and bloodstained bedsheets from the scene.

The plaintiff reported the incident to the police and underwent a rape kit examination. She claims to have suffered severe emotional distress, PTSD, and medical issues as a result of the alleged attack. She is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial.

The second lawsuit, filed for intentional infliction of emotional distress, alleges that Daily, described as a high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology and a teacher at its Applied Scholastic Online Academy, groomed the plaintiff to join the religious organization through the use of alcohol. The plaintiff began dating Hitt in 2025 after meeting on social media and eventually moved into Daily's Clearwater, Florida, residence due to personal family issues.

The lawsuit claims Daily encouraged the plaintiff to enroll in the Scientology-affiliated online academy, whose curriculum was created by L. Ron Hubbard. It further alleges that Daily frequently procured alcohol for minors, including the plaintiff, taking her to bars and discreetly providing alcohol. On one occasion, Daily allegedly brought the plaintiff to a wrestling event, using her status as Hogan's widow to bypass identification checks and then serving the plaintiff vodka.

Additionally, the second suit claims Daily used her position to pressure the plaintiff to forgive her son for alleged "violent acts." The plaintiff states her relationship with Hitt was "mentally and physically abusive," and that Hitt would sometimes physically attack her while under the influence of alcohol provided by Daily. On the night of the alleged rape, the plaintiff claims she was physically attacked by Hitt.

According to the lawsuit, Daily urged the plaintiff to go to bed and lock her door after the attack. Instead, the plaintiff contacted the police. Upon learning this, Daily allegedly evicted the plaintiff from the Clearwater residence and discarded her belongings on the lawn, reportedly stating that "nobody would believe them and that she is too powerful to be messed with."

Daily was married to Hulk Hogan for nearly two years before his death. They married in September 2023. The wrestling icon died in July 2025 at the age of 71 from cardiac arrest at his Florida home. The couple's beachfront mansion in Clearwater Beach sold for $5.9 million last week.
