Hulk Hogan's Widow Denies Grooming Allegations Amid Lawsuit
Sky Daily refutes claims of alcohol-fueled grooming and involvement with Scientology, stating she is a victim of a stalker.

Sky Daily, the widow of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, is vehemently denying accusations that she groomed her son's underage girlfriend with alcohol to draw her into the Church of Scientology. Daily, who was married to Hogan for nearly two years before his death in 2025, faces two lawsuits that also allege she destroyed evidence and ordered an alleged victim out of her home.
In one lawsuit filed in Florida, Daily is accused of supplying alcohol for a party on March 28th, despite knowing minors would be present. The suit further claims that Daily destroyed evidence of an alleged rape and instructed the alleged victim to leave the premises. A second lawsuit asserts that Daily, described as a high-ranking Scientologist, sought to groom the girl into joining the religious organization while she was still a minor.
Daily, however, has stated in a social media video that she is not currently a Scientologist and has been a Christian for two decades. She explained that she was raised in Scientology but later adopted her grandparents' Episcopalian faith and raised her children within it.
She attributes the allegations to a stalker who has harassed her for years, even before she met Hogan, whose given name is Terry Bollea. Daily claims this individual has repeatedly contacted her through social media applications.
Regarding the party incident, the first lawsuit, filed on behalf of Jane A Doe and Jane B Doe, states that Daily left her son, Hayden Hitt, and his guests unsupervised while she attended a Real American Wrestling (RAW) event. The lawsuit claims Daily had previously been warned against bringing minors to RAW events after allegedly providing them with alcohol.
An underage girl, identified as Jane B Doe, alleges she was raped by a boy at the party due to Daily's alleged negligence. The lawsuit details that Jane B Doe was given a Four Loko, a malt liquor beverage, by her alleged assailant, John B Doe, and began to lose consciousness. She claims she was then raped for several hours in a bedroom while Hitt allegedly stood guard at the door. The lawsuit states that Jane B Doe suffered severe injuries, including vaginal and anal trauma.
The lawsuit also alleges that Daily removed two used condoms and bloodstained bedsheets from the scene, despite Jane B Doe attempting to secure one as DNA evidence. Following the alleged assault, the accuser reported the incident to the police and underwent a rape kit examination, claiming to suffer severe emotional distress, PTSD, and medical issues.
The second lawsuit focuses on allegations of intentional infliction of emotional distress, claiming Daily groomed her son's girlfriend with alcohol to join Scientology. The plaintiff, who began dating Hitt in 2025, moved into Daily's Clearwater, Florida, residence due to parental issues. The complaint alleges Daily was determined for the plaintiff to enroll in the Applied Scholastic Online Academy, described as a Scientology home school.
The lawsuit asserts that Daily has a history of purchasing or procuring alcohol for minors, both at her home and in public establishments, and allegedly did so for the plaintiff. It claims Daily would take the plaintiff to bars, providing her with discreetly contained alcohol, and once, under the guise of spending time together, took her to a RAW event where she allegedly served vodka to the plaintiff.
Furthermore, the lawsuit claims Daily used her position to persuade the plaintiff to forgive her son's alleged "violent acts." The plaintiff alleges her relationship with Hitt was "mentally and physically abusive," with Hitt allegedly becoming violent, sometimes while under the influence of alcohol provided by Daily. The lawsuit states that on the night of the alleged rape at the party, the plaintiff claims she was physically attacked by Hitt.
After discovering the plaintiff had contacted the police, Daily allegedly evicted her from the residence and discarded her belongings on the lawn. The lawsuit quotes Daily as telling the plaintiff and other alleged victims that they "did not know who they were messing with" and that she was too powerful to be confronted.
Daily married Hogan in September 2023, his third wife. The wrestling legend died at age 71 in July 2025 from cardiac arrest at his home in Florida. Daily has not yet responded to requests for comment from The Daily Mail.
