Hulk Hogan's Florida Mansion Sells for $5.9 Million After Significant Price Drops
The late wrestler's Clearwater Beach estate and adjacent guest home sold for a combined $8.7 million.
The Florida mansion previously owned by professional wrestler Hulk Hogan has sold for $5.9 million, according to property records. The sale of the main residence, where Hogan died in July 2025 at the age of 71, comes more than a year after it was initially listed.
An adjacent guest home, also owned by Hogan, sold for $2.8 million. It is unknown if the same buyer purchased both properties.
Hogan, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, had purchased the larger of the two homes for $3.33 million in April 2012 and acquired the smaller neighboring property for $1.6 million four years later.
The main residence was first listed for $10.98 million in January 2026, six months after his death. The property underwent three price reductions, dropping to $8.99 million, then $7.9 million, and finally $6.9 million in September 2026 before its eventual sale.
Described as one of "Clearwater Beach’s most coveted waterfront estates," the five-bedroom main house features extensive outdoor living spaces overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Interior amenities include teak, marble, and natural stone floors, a chef's kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private elevator. The primary suite boasts a private terrace, a large walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom. The property spans over 5,000 square feet on a 6,098-square-foot lot directly on Clearwater Beach.
The smaller guest house, which spans over 2,000 square feet, features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It also has direct beach access, a swimming pool with a spa, and an outdoor seating area. The listing for the cottage suggested it could serve as a "dream coastal retreat."
Both properties were listed under an LLC connected to Hogan and his ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel. Hogan passed away following multiple surgeries and procedures on his neck.
Following Hogan's death, his son, Nick Hogan, was named as a co-personal representative of his father's estate. Court filings indicated Hogan's estate included cryptocurrency valued at $200,000, personal and intellectual property worth $799,000, and a right to publicity valued at $4 million. Hogan's will, originally executed in 2016, had been amended multiple times, most recently in July 2023, when his daughter, Brooke Hogan, was removed as a beneficiary.
