A man in Houston has been arrested and charged after allegedly using a "high-powered, motorized water gun" to assault homeless and disabled individuals, filming the incidents for social media. Christopher Cayce, 34, was charged with two counts of assault with bodily injury, according to the Houston Police Department.

Investigators with the HPD Major Offenders & Westside Crime Suppression Team looked into multiple reports of individuals being targeted with the water gun. The alleged attacks occurred in midtown Houston and along Bissonnet Street. Videos shared on social media platforms, including from a Facebook page called Tut Tut Kingdom with nearly 50,000 followers, depicted people being shot with the water gun while walking, waiting at bus stops, or sleeping. In one video, an individual is seen being blasted while sleeping and is taunted with expletives.

These videos, which garnered over 200,000 views online, appear to show Cayce as the perpetrator. Authorities confirmed Cayce's involvement in the videos. Online records indicated that Cayce had posted bond but remained in police custody.
