Holly Madison has shared details about cosmetic procedures she has undergone, including a lower facelift that she expressed particular satisfaction with following pregnancies. Madison, 46, discussed the procedures on a recent episode of the "Derm Approved" podcast with host Dr. Shelia Farhang.
"I've had a lower facelift on my jawline, and I'm really happy I got it done," Madison stated. She explained that after gaining weight during her second pregnancy, she found that traditional methods like lasers were insufficient for her desired results around her jawline.
Madison opted for a subtle approach to the facelift, aiming for less to allow for potential future adjustments rather than overcorrecting. "I'd rather have it not go far enough and then I can go back and maybe do more rather than have it go too far, and I'm looking like the Joker," she quipped.
She acknowledged the presence of visible scars in front of her ears from the procedure, stating, "If you look close, you can totally see" them, but added that she is unconcerned. Madison has been open about cosmetic procedures, having previously discussed them on her own podcast.
In addition to the facelift, Madison's other cosmetic treatments include CO2 laser therapy for the under-eye area, IPL laser treatments, and Botox. She also mentioned having undergone a hand rejuvenation procedure, which she described as a "waste of money."
Madison, who gained fame during her time at the Playboy Mansion starting at age 21, has previously spoken about her struggles with body dysmorphia. In 2023, she told People that the environment of the mansion contributed to her body dysmorphia, making her constantly question "what's wrong with me."
