Holly Hagan Shares Post-Baby Fitness Success, Loses 9 Pounds in 30 Days

Holly Hagan has revealed a significant weight loss of 9 pounds over 30 days, showcasing her progress in a bikini. The 34-year-old former Geordie Shore personality, who welcomed her second child, daughter Madison-Darci, in June, has been focused on a new fitness routine.

Sharing her journey on Instagram, Hagan posted bikini photos and details of her workout regimen, marking 30 days since she began. "It's day 30, I am 9lbs down," she stated, acknowledging a 10-day pause in her workouts due to a busy schedule but emphasizing a return to her routine. "It is so easy to make excuses but I am practicing what I preach."

Hagan engaged in an at-home Boxfit workout, incorporating exercises like squats, lunges, jabs, and hooks. She expressed happiness with her progress, noting that even with interruptions, adaptation is key to maintaining momentum.

As a certified nutrition coach, fitness trainer, and nervous system practitioner, Hagan founded Team Fitty Mama to assist other mothers in achieving lasting fitness results. She has previously spoken about her efforts to naturally reduce the effects of a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure, particularly after gaining weight during her first pregnancy in 2023. "The fact that i can squat over my body weight, hip thrust big weights and actually feel fit and strong is amazing," she commented.

Hagan reflected on her past focus on being thin, contrasting it with her current approach to balanced living, which allows her to enjoy food without guilt. She highlighted the ongoing nature of adopting a healthy lifestyle, noting that unlearning years of diet culture takes time and that setbacks are a normal part of the process.

The reality star gave birth to her daughter via a planned C-section on her and husband Jacob Blyth's fourth anniversary. Blyth shared his joy on Instagram, celebrating their daughter's arrival and their continued family life.

Hagan also addressed comments about her C-section, explaining the medical necessity due to her baby's size. The pregnancy followed the tragic death of her half-sister, Darci Rose Gibson, in October 2025 from an accidental overdose. Hagan stated that her children have helped her cope with grief.

Hagan and Blyth, married in Ibiza in 2022, welcomed their first child, Alpha-Jax, in June of the following year. The couple announced they were expecting a baby girl in December, a prediction Hagan had expressed based on her "girl vibes" and her son's desire for a sister.
