Hilary Duff Lands in Brisbane for Highly Anticipated Australian Tour
The American pop star arrived Down Under with her daughter ahead of her sold-out shows, marking her first Australian performances in nearly two decades.
Hilary Duff has arrived in Brisbane, Australia, for her highly anticipated comeback tour, touching down at the airport on Wednesday with her eight-year-old daughter, Banks.
The singer and actress, 39, was seen at Brisbane Airport dressed in a fluffy beige sweater and ripped jeans, accessorized with sunglasses and a gold necklace. She wore her hair in loose waves as she walked hand-in-hand with her daughter.
Duff's arrival precedes a four-date tour, her first in Australia in nearly two decades. She last performed in the country in 2008 during her Dignity world tour. The upcoming "Lucky Me" tour has sold out, indicating strong fan demand.
The tour is scheduled to begin on October 22 at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Subsequent dates include Sydney's Qudos Bank Arena on October 24, Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena on October 26, and Perth's RAC Arena on October 29.
Duff announced the tour in February, sharing a video on Instagram of herself selecting a white faux-fur coat. She expressed her excitement about performing for her Australian fans again.
Duff first gained widespread recognition as a teen idol for her role in the Disney Channel series "Lizzie McGuire" and its subsequent film. She transitioned to a successful music career, selling millions of albums worldwide. In 2023, Billboard recognized her as one of the top female artists of the 21st century.
