Hilaria Baldwin has revealed her fitness strategies, which often involve quick workouts that can be incorporated into a hectic daily routine as a mother of seven.
Baldwin, 42, told Fox News Digital that her exercise regimen doesn't always take place in a gym. She emphasized the importance of getting 30 minutes of cardio daily, stating it helps her mind and nervous system feel more regulated. She also incorporates yoga and what she calls "stop-and-drop" workouts, often in spaces like her bathroom.
"I run every day," Baldwin shared. "I found being a mom, if I can get 30 minutes of my cardio, it helps my mind. It gets me, like, sort of a little bit more regulated with my nervous system, so I really like that."
She also mentioned her preference for Physique 57 and barre classes. Baldwin demonstrated some of these exercises in a bikini via social media last month, focusing on glute workouts.
Despite her focus on fitness, Baldwin clarified that her diet is not exclusively restrictive. She explained that while she has followed strict diets in the past, balance is key. She shared an anecdote about eating ice cream at 9 p.m. with her youngest child, adding, "Eat good things and then enjoy. Have the slice of pizza once in a while. Have the ice cream. I think it's just a bit of a balance."
When asked about her husband, Alec Baldwin, joining her workouts, Hilaria laughed, describing him as the most inflexible person she has ever met, unable to touch his toes.
Baldwin also offered insights into maintaining her long-term relationship with Alec, whom she has been with for over 15 years. They met in February 2011. She stated that for a relationship to endure, both individuals must be committed through both difficult and good times.
"Both Alec and I, through our ups and our downs and our sideways, we’ve wanted to be there. And I think that’s what’s kept us strong," she said.
Hilaria Baldwin is currently featured on FOX's celebrity competition series "The Dumbest Contestant," where participants aim to avoid being crowned the least intelligent. The show's cast includes Carmen Electra, Anthony Michael Hall, Ice-T, and others.
The Baldwin family includes seven children: daughters Carmen, María, and Ilaria, and sons Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo, and Eduardo. Alec Baldwin also has a daughter, Ireland Baldwin, with his ex-wife Kim Basinger. Ireland became a mother in 2023, making Alec a grandfather.
