Hilaria Baldwin, 42, has detailed her fitness and diet regimen, weeks after showcasing her toned physique in a bikini. The mother of seven told Fox News that her approach to staying fit includes daily cardio, yoga, and barre classes.
Baldwin stated that she runs for 30 minutes each day. "It gets me a little bit more regulated with my nervous system, so I really like that," she said. She also incorporates at-home workouts when possible, mentioning she previously posted a video of glute exercises performed in her New York mansion's bathroom.
Regarding her diet, Baldwin described it as a matter of "balance," admitting she enjoys treats like ice cream and pizza. "Eat good things and then enjoy. Have the slice of pizza once in a while. Have the ice cream. I think it’s just a bit of a balance," she explained. She clarified that she does not exclusively eat salads, referencing an instance where she and her family consumed ice cream in the evening.
Baldwin also commented on her husband Alec Baldwin's flexibility, joking that he "can't touch his toes." The couple, who have been married for over 14 years, share seven children: Carmen Gabriela, 12, Rafael Thomas, 11, Leonardo Angel, nine, Romeo Alejandro, eight, Eduardo Pau, five, Maria Lucia, five, and Ilaria Catalina, three. Alec Baldwin also has a daughter, Ireland, 30, from a previous marriage.
When asked about the longevity of their marriage, Baldwin attributed it to "both wanting to be there." She advised friends in relationships that mutual commitment through both challenging and happy times is crucial for a successful partnership.
