Helena Christensen and Jodie Kidd Attend London Fashion Week
Supermodel Helena Christensen and actress Jodie Kidd were among the stars at Ginny Litscher's London Fashion Week show.
Helena Christensen, 57, turned heads at Ginny Litscher's star-studded London Fashion Week show on Saturday, arriving in a plunging crochet dress adorned with an eagle motif. The Danish supermodel watched as fellow model Jodie Kidd, 47, walked the runway in a flowing printed co-ord.
Also present at the event were Laura Whitmore and Denise Van Outen, who were seen preparing backstage before the show. London Fashion Week runs from September 17 to September 21, culminating in the Burberry show on Monday.
Christensen, who began her modeling career after winning Miss Universe Denmark in 1986, became a household name through her appearance in Chris Isaak's music video for "Wicked Game" and as one of the original Victoria's Secret Angels.
Her past relationships include a five-year romance with the late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence in the early 1990s. She later dated actor Norman Reedus, 57, for five years, with whom she has a son, Mingus Lucien Reedus, born in 1999. Though they separated in 2003, they maintained a collaborative co-parenting relationship. Christensen also dated singer Paul Banks for seven years.
In March, reports indicated that Mingus Reedus's assault and harassment case, stemming from an incident in August of the previous year, could be dismissed if he remained arrest-free for one year. He had pleaded not guilty to the charges, which reportedly involved punching and choking a female victim. He was taken into custody on August 23.
