Helen Flanagan Displays Plunging Playsuit Amid Financial Revelations

Helen Flanagan recently appeared in a striking red playsuit with a plunging neckline, sharing the photos on Instagram just as she revealed ongoing financial difficulties that have led her to sell clothing items on the resale platform Vinted.

The 36-year-old actress, known for her role in Coronation Street, paired the revealing outfit with high heels and a black leather coat for a night out.

Flanagan has been open about her financial challenges as a single mother. This has included the recent sale of the home she shared with her ex-partner, Scott Sinclair. The property, which Flanagan lived in with their three children—Matilda, 11, Delilah, eight, and five-year-old Charlie—was sold for £945,000. This figure is significantly lower than the £1.5 million it was initially listed for in May 2025.

Records indicate that Sinclair, who was the sole owner and paid for the property in cash, was the driving force behind the sale. A friend of Flanagan's noted that Sinclair felt the six-bedroom house was too large for Flanagan and the children on her own.

In an Instagram video shared after the house sale, Flanagan expressed a sense of uncertainty about her personal and professional life. She mentioned the transition after moving and her feelings about her career path, stating a desire to act and find work. Flanagan also considered moving to London but has been indecisive about purchasing property.

Reports suggest that by the time her relationship with Sinclair ended in 2022, after 13 years together, Flanagan, who was once reportedly worth £3.5 million, was experiencing financial strain, having previously stated she could not afford taxis for her son's nursery.

The sale of the home marked a significant step as the former couple moved forward. The property, originally purchased by Sinclair in June 2021 for £840,000, became a point of contention. A £15,000 sofa from the house was also a subject of dispute; Flanagan listed it for sale on Instagram for £3,950, but Sinclair reportedly intervened to block the sale.
