Heather Graham Wears Sheer Lace Dress to Horror Film Premiere

Actress Heather Graham, 56, drew attention at Fantastic Fest on Sunday at the premiere of her new horror film, "What Happened to Doris?". Graham appeared in a sheer black lace dress that revealed her black lingerie beneath, showcasing her physique.
The premiere took place at the Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar theater in Austin, Texas. Graham styled her honey blond hair in soft curls and opted for a minimal makeup look. She wore no jewelry or accessories to complement the dress.
"What Happened to Doris?" is set in the suburbs of Los Angeles in 1974 and follows a single mother who experiences violent attacks from an invisible entity. The film is scheduled to premiere in theaters on Thursday, October 1.
In a March interview with Us Weekly, Graham discussed her beauty regimen and cosmetic procedures. She stated she has not undergone plastic surgery but is open to the possibility as she ages, emphasizing a desire to avoid an unnatural appearance. Graham has explored treatments such as microneedling, Botox, Ultherapy, Thermage, Sofwave, and Morpheus8, noting that consistency is key and she prefers less invasive options. She described some laser treatments as painful but reiterated her goal is to maintain a natural look, having stopped using fillers in favor of laser treatments.
Graham also shared her approach to aging, advocating for embracing natural changes over potentially "getting slightly older" over what she perceives as a "freaky" result from plastic surgery. She also credited sleep, meditation, a balanced diet, and intermittent fasting as part of her health and beauty practices. Graham emphasized that health and self-care are paramount, stating, "Career is important, but if you don't have your health, you don't have anything."
