Hickerson and his brother, Zach Hickerson, were present at the Judson Mill Lofts apartment complex in Greenville, South Carolina, where Panettiere, 36, was found deceased on Sunday. According to the responding officer, Zach Hickerson appeared "very emotional" while emergency medical services were attending to Panettiere. Brian Hickerson reportedly did not show visible emotion until Panettiere was pronounced dead by medical personnel. The officer on duty was wearing a body camera during the response, and the footage has not yet been made public.
