Hayden Panettiere, the 36-year-old actress, was reportedly taking a "bag of medication" around the time of her death, according to her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson. Police responded to an AirBnB in Greenville, South Carolina, on Sunday afternoon, where they found EMS personnel performing CPR on an unresponsive Panettiere.

Officers arrived at approximately 1:50 p.m. to find "multiple EMS and firemen performing CPR" on the actress, who appeared "unresponsive, and did not seem to have any obvious physical reasons to be unresponsive." According to police documents, Hickerson, who was present with his brother Zach, did not exhibit emotional distress while medical professionals worked on Panettiere. Zach Hickerson was noted as being "very emotional" during the resuscitation attempts.

Panettiere was pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m. Brian Hickerson subsequently showed officers a "bag of medication" the actress was reportedly taking. While the specific medications are redacted in the Greenville City Police Department report, the list appears to include nine different drugs.

An autopsy was performed on Panettiere's body on Monday. South Carolina coroners have stated that the full toxicology results could take up to 12 weeks to be released. The initial findings by the reporting officer indicated no obvious physical trauma on the actress at the scene.
