Hayden Christensen and Daughter Attend Star-Studded Gala

Actor Hayden Christensen, known for his portrayal of Darth Vader in the "Star Wars" franchise, attended the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art Opening Night Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday with his daughter, Briar Rose. This marked a rare red carpet appearance for Christensen with his 11-year-old, whom he shares with ex-partner Rachel Bilson.

Christensen described the moment as "special," telling E! News, "We're very happy to be here, and it's a real treat to get to share this with my daughter." Briar Rose also shared her thoughts on seeing her father as Darth Vader, telling the publication, "It was really cool when I saw him up there."

The actor was dressed in a printed gray shirt, dark blue jacket, and fitted jeans for the event. He and Briar Rose were seen posing for photos together upon arrival and later inside the gala, which also hosted celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Katy Perry.

In August, Christensen spoke about his role as a father at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. He mentioned that he enjoys watching shows with his daughter, highlighting "Liv and Maddie" and "Henry Danger" as her current favorites.

Christensen and Bilson, also an actress, met on the set of the 2008 film "Jumper" and were in an on-again, off-again relationship from 2007 until their separation in 2017. They became engaged in 2009, called it off the following year, but reconciled before welcoming Briar Rose in October 2014.

Bilson recently discussed their co-parenting relationship on the "Let's Be Honest With Kristen Cavallari" podcast. She stated that they get along well and have maintained a positive dynamic for their daughter, noting that they were never married and found their own way of co-parenting. Bilson added that Briar Rose is "so loved by both of us."

Regarding his own career, Christensen addressed rumors of potentially reprising his role as Darth Vader. He told E! News, "I would be thrilled to get to do that. But right now, those are just rumors."
