Far-left streamer Hasan Piker was seen and heard leading a cheering crowd in singing the meme song "We Are Charlie Kirk" at a recent stop of his "Fear& LIVE" tour. The incident occurred over the weekend, with video appearing to be shot in San Francisco.

During the performance, Piker, alongside his co-hosts, sang lyrics including, "We are Charlie Kirk, we carry the flame. We'll fight for the Gospel, we'll honor his name." He appeared to comment that it was one of the most surreal moments of his life. Piker later posted a photo from the show with the caption, "carried the flame tn," referencing a lyric from the song.

The song, believed to be AI-generated, was released on September 18, 2025, shortly after Kirk's death. It is styled as a Christian power ballad and has been used online in memes to mock Kirk and conservatives.

Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, was a prominent conservative activist and an ally of former President Donald Trump. He was known for his debates on college campuses. Piker and Kirk had previously debated socialism.

Piker's involvement has drawn criticism. Andrew Kolvet, a spokesperson for Turning Point USA, stated, "Hasan Piker is engaging in pure, unadulterated evil." Investigative reporter Chuck Ross of the Washington Free Beacon wrote, "He’s just a trash human being. Piker was supposed to debate Charlie Kirk a few days after he was assassinated. Piker actually talked about how much the shooting shook him. Now, he’s mocking it all for the pleasure of his loser fans."

Piker also reposted a comment from another account that criticized conservatives, stating, "The same conservatives crying over Hasan singing a meme song were openly celebrating the murder of American citizens. These people don’t care about anything."

Piker's influence among some Democratic circles has been a subject of media attention, particularly as democratic socialists have gained prominence. He has previously campaigned with candidates such as Michigan Democratic U.S. Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed.
