Far-left streamer Hasan Piker celebrated what he called a "blue-clear apocalypse" during a 13-hour Twitch broadcast, as Democrats achieved victories in the midterm elections. Piker, whose stream at times drew over 200,000 viewers, expressed satisfaction with the election outcomes, stating, "Trumpism is dying, and I could not feel any better." He also suggested a desire to see Donald Trump imprisoned, remarking, "Just imagine a world where Donald Trump is in f---ing prison."

Throughout the stream, Piker criticized conservative policies, suggesting that their "odious agenda, their corruption, the destabilizing impact that they’ve had, the endless warfare and its consequences on the American economy are finally coming back to bite them." He posited that the current results might signal "the end of MAGA."

Piker also voiced frustration over the number of moderate Democrats on ballots, advocating for more progressive candidates. "We should have been running socialists in every primary," he stated. "And running the moderate-socialist wing of the DSA in these other ones."

The streamer reiterated past controversial statements, including "Hamas is a thousand times better than Israel," asserting his belief in the accuracy of the claim. He also joked about liberals who cried when Donald Trump was elected in 2024, saying they have been "totally vindicated."

Piker playfully claimed the title of "Senate majority leader," taking credit for Democratic gains. He announced, "we’re skipping Woke 2.0, we’re getting to Woke 3.0," and encouraged the use of gender pronouns, humorously warning of "the Gaystapo" for non-compliance.

He also declared, "American voters voted against racism," citing the campaign against Michigan Senator-elect Abdul El-Sayed as an example of "toxic politicking" that America rejected. Piker added, "America is ready for a new type of politics, one that centers the interest of the working class, and I will do everything in my power to ensure that we hold the Democratic Party to account to push forward with this agenda."

Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., appeared on Piker's stream, defending engagement with the streamer despite disagreements, noting his "huge following" and clear stances against war.

In social media posts, Piker urged supporters to "GET MORE WOKE RIGHT NOW" and celebrated election results with exclamations like "GOD IS NONBINARY NOW MFS!!! ITS LAW!!!" He concluded by fantasizing about Donald Trump and Elon Musk being imprisoned together in a "supermax facility."
