Harrison Ford, 83, was seen on a solo bike ride in Los Angeles on Saturday, displaying a notably fit physique. The actor was photographed in a cycling bib that highlighted his muscular arms as he navigated the Southern California heat.

Ford was later seen putting on a white T-shirt, black shorts, black riding shoes, and sunglasses. He completed his look with a white helmet and black gloves before continuing his ride.

The actor has maintained a commitment to fitness over the years. He has previously shared insights into his workout routines, which are designed by his fitness trainer, Jaime Milnes. These routines often incorporate dumbbells and medicine balls to develop core strength and full-body conditioning.

Ford has emphasized that his training focuses on injury prevention, stating, "I'm an old fart and I need to protect myself." Beyond gym workouts, he stays active through activities such as bike riding and playing tennis. "I'm active physically," he has said. "I do a little work in the gym."

Regarding his diet, Ford adopted a regimen that excludes meat and dairy. In a 2020 appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," he described his diet as "practically nothing" aside from vegetables and fish, calling it "really boring." He explained this dietary shift by stating, "I just decided I was tired of eating meat. And I know it's not really good for the planet and it's not really good for me."

Ford's physical condition has previously drawn attention, including when he appeared shirtless while reprising his role as Indiana Jones in "The Dial of Destiny." At the time, he commented on his physique, "I've been blessed with this body."
