Hannah Waddingham made a striking appearance in a floral minidress at the season four premiere of "Ted Lasso" in New York on Tuesday, where she reunited with co-star Jason Sudeikis.

Waddingham, 52, complemented her Alice + Olivia dress with black stiletto heels as she attended the event celebrating the latest installment of the popular Apple TV+ series. The show marks its return three years after its previous season, with the narrative following the AFC Richmond coach being drawn back to manage the team's struggling women's division.

Other cast members in attendance included Juno Temple, who posed playfully with Waddingham in a teal dress, and Brett Goldstein. Phil Dunster, who portrays Jamie Tartt, was seen in a cream linen suit.

Early critical reception for the new season has been largely positive. Rebecca Cook of Metro awarded the season four stars, noting an improvement over previous seasons, stating, "The last two seasons were plagued with patronising monologues... But so far, Ted Lasso season four is decidedly less c**p than the World Cup halftime show." Benji Wilson of The Telegraph gave the series three stars, describing it as "a surprisingly delicate balance between the sickly-sweet and the smutty."

Early reviews for the new season have been predominantly positive.

"Ted Lasso" has been a significant series for Waddingham, establishing her as a household name. In May, she shared that she had entered her first relationship in eight years with consultant spine surgeon Nick Beresford-Cleary. She described her new partner as "very good looking" and "really lovely," and has spoken about focusing on herself and her daughter, Kitty, before re-entering the dating scene.
