Hannah Waddingham's Dance Moves and Royal Encounters Capture Attention

Hannah Waddingham recently garnered significant attention for her spirited entrance into The Jennifer Hudson Show's "Spirit Tunnel" on a Monday night. The actress, 52, was widely lauded by fans, with many referring to her as a "goddess" and a "national treasure" as she showcased her dance moves in white Manolo Blahnik pumps while the show's crew cheered her on.

Waddingham appeared in a striking tiger and zebra print knitted top paired with a figure-hugging skirt. The Ted Lasso star demonstrated her flexibility by hitching her pencil skirt up to her knees to allow for greater freedom of movement while dancing. A video of the moment, shared on Instagram, impressed viewers who commented with phrases such as "Hannah is THAT girl," "icon," and "This woman is a goddess."

During her appearance on the talk show, Waddingham shared details about her experiences with Tom Cruise's now-famous White Chocolate Coconut Bundt Cake. The $50 cake from Doan's Bakery in Woodland Hills has become a sought-after holiday gift from the actor to his friends, fellow celebrities, journalists, and executives. Waddingham described herself as a "three-time offender" of the cake, calling it the "it's so good. He's ruined me for all other cakes."

Past recipients of the "Tom Cruise cake" include Kirsten Dunst, Henry Cavill, Rosie O'Donnell, Barbara Walters, Cobie Smulders, Jimmy Fallon, James Corden, and Angela Bassett.

Waddingham also recounted a near-mishap involving Prince William. While discussing his Earthshot Prize initiative, Waddingham explained that during a planned casual interaction involving darts and cider, she "accidentally nearly stabbed the future king of England in the foot with a dart." She added that despite the incident, she and Prince William "get on very well."

Waddingham had appeared alongside Prince William the previous week on The Graham Norton Show.
