Hallmark Channel is set to release its latest holiday movie, "Holiday Touchdown: A Bears Love Story," a new installment in its "Holiday Touchdown" series. The film will feature actors Lyndsy Fonseca and Robert Buckley in leading roles, alongside Marsha Mason, Barbara Alyn Woods, and Khary Payton.

The movie is scheduled to premiere during Hallmark Channel's 17th Annual Countdown to Christmas programming event. Additional cast members and personalities making appearances include Tamera Mowry-Housley, Marilu Henner, Dyon “Mojo” Brooks, and Jake Connelly.

Consistent with previous entries like "Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story" and "Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story," "A Bears Love Story" will incorporate cameos from current and former Chicago Bears players, coaches, and staff. Expected appearances include Head Coach Ben Johnson, tight ends Colston Loveland and Cole Kmet, alumni Mike Singletary and Charles “Peanut” Tillman, and team mascot Staley Da Bear. Connie Payton, widow of the late running back Walter Payton, will also make a cameo.

Hallmark Channel also announced that two walk-on roles were auctioned off through Bears Care, the Chicago Bears' charitable organization. The winning bidders, Carrie May-Borich and Phillip Salamone, will make their screen debuts alongside Bears Season Ticket Holders and Bears Care donors Julia and Ken Wegner.

Previous "Holiday Touchdown" films have explored romances tied to NFL teams. Actors from "Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story," Holland Roden and Matthew Daddario, previously shared their hopes for future installments to spotlight other teams. Roden expressed a desire for a film centered on the Dallas Cowboys, referencing her childhood interest in the team. Daddario suggested the Indianapolis Colts, citing his connection to Indiana University and interest in the team's quarterback situation.
