Halle Berry arrived at the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday to attend a custody hearing, accompanied by her fiancé, Van Hunt. Her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, also appeared in court, bringing their 13-year-old son, Maceo.
Berry was seen wearing a black oversized blazer with coordinating slacks and a black blouse, accessorized with a woven purse and sunglasses. Hunt, dressed in a double-breasted suit, stood by his fiancée's side as they entered the courthouse. Both maintained stoic expressions as paparazzi photographed them.
Maceo arrived with Martinez, who is reportedly seeking sole custody. Earlier in October, Martinez filed a restraining order against Berry, accusing her of physically abusing their son in a September incident. He also claimed that Hunt was present during the alleged event.
Inside the courtroom, Berry briefly glanced at Martinez as he entered before turning her attention to her legal team.
