Halle Berry Accused of Choking Son by Ex-Husband Olivier Martinez
Martinez files for sole custody, alleging physical abuse by the actress against their 12-year-old son.
Olivier Martinez, Halle Berry's ex-husband, has filed a temporary restraining order against the actress, accusing her of physically abusing their 12-year-old son, Maceo. According to court documents, Martinez claims that on September 26, Berry jumped on their son, put her hands around his neck, and choked him.
Martinez also alleges that over the past year and a half, Berry has repeatedly wrestled Maceo to the ground, forcing him to "tap out." He further claims that Berry told their son, "You are a white bitch trying to rob a black woman," in reference to child support issues.
In the filing, Martinez stated, "Ms. Berry then asked our son, 'How do you feel about that as a black man?'" He is seeking sole custody of their son as a result of these alleged incidents.
