Kim Scott, 51, was recently booked into Macomb County Jail after a Michigan judge revoked her bond. She is currently involved in two drunken-driving cases and a separate case stemming from a July incident with police. In May, she pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated following a February incident where prosecutors alleged she crashed into a truck while impaired. Three days later, she was arrested in another alleged OWI incident after striking a parked vehicle with a blood alcohol level nearly three times Michigan's legal limit. Bench warrants were issued after she missed court proceedings in June.
These legal issues unfolded during an already difficult period for Scott. On July 11, emergency personnel responded to her Chesterfield Township home following a reported suicide attempt. Dispatch audio indicated a relative called for help, and Scott was transported to McLaren Macomb Hospital after suffering severe bleeding. Video from the scene showed her appearing unconscious as paramedics moved her from the home on a gurney.
This latest health scare has been particularly difficult for Hailie Jade. "Any time something happens with her mom, it's emotional because she never wants to get that kind of news," the source said.
