Gypsy Rose Blanchard Details Ken Urker's Last Phone Call, Mentions Sister's Threats

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has recounted her final phone conversation with her late fiancé, Ken Urker, during which he expressed concern over threats from his sister, Autumn. Blanchard shared this detail in an Instagram Reel, stating that Autumn had allegedly threatened to "intensify her public attacks" against Ken.

According to Blanchard, Urker was worried about her receiving harassment from his sister. "My last phone conversation with Ken, I was getting an apartment, and he was worried about me. He was worried about people harassing me and so he was like, ‘Be careful,’" Blanchard recalled. Urker also reportedly told Blanchard that a prison call he had made previously, in which he complained about Autumn, had resurfaced. He allegedly said, "‘[Autumn] is blowing [my phone] up, threatening me, saying she’s going to go even harder on me online with talking s–t and the hate.'"

Blanchard asserted that Autumn never approved of her relationship with Ken and often voiced her disapproval on social media. "Just because someone is family does not mean they are privy to every detail of a person’s life. Autumn wasn’t close with Ken and Ken wasn’t close with Autumn," Blanchard stated.

Blanchard claimed that Autumn had been targeting them with negativity for months, despite her attempts to reconcile. "For the last six months she’s been giving us nothing but hell. I tried to keep quiet. I tried multiple times to make peace with her and it was not working out," Blanchard said. She further alleged that Autumn lacked insight into their relationship and was spreading "lies and bulls–t," adding, "A child lost their father, I lost a partner, a mother lost her son and it’s disgusting to see a family member take this as an opportunity to cash in."

Blanchard also stated that she has been supporting Urker's family since his death, without Autumn's involvement. Page Six has reached out to Autumn for comment.

Blanchard has consistently claimed that Urker, with whom she shared a 1-year-old daughter, Aurora, suffered from severe cyberbullying. To address this, she launched an online petition called Kenan’s Law in Urker's honor, aiming to improve how social media platforms handle harassment reports.

Blanchard believes Urker died of an overdose, though an official cause of death has not been released. Autumn, however, has blamed Blanchard for the online hate her brother received. She told the Daily Mail that Ken "had to sleep with a gun every night" due to threats and being doxxed.

Ken Urker passed away on his 34th birthday, October 1. Autumn alleged that she spoke to Ken the night before his death, and he had made plans to check in with loved ones the following day. She stated, "I don’t think he would ever do this to Aurora or my mother, and the family doesn’t think he did this on purpose, either."

Page Six previously reported that Blanchard would attend Urker's funeral in Texas, despite ongoing tension with Autumn. The outlet also reported that Blanchard and Urker had separated a month before his death due to his mental health struggles, but they continued to co-parent their daughter and maintained constant communication regarding her.
