Gypsy Rose Blanchard Attends Private Memorial for Late Ex-Fiancé Ken Urker

Gypsy Rose Blanchard attended a private viewing over the weekend to honor her late ex-fiancé, Ken Urker, in Louisiana. Blanchard was accompanied by Urker’s mother, two of his sisters, and his brother. Their daughter, Aurora, who is nearly two years old, was also present at the memorial.

Urker's sister Autumn, who had previously accused Blanchard of misrepresenting details of Urker's death, was reportedly not in attendance. Blanchard was seen wearing a black dress and a necklace given to her by Urker, commemorating what would have been their second anniversary. According to reports, she was given a private moment to say goodbye.

Sources told TMZ that Aurora recognized her father at the viewing and called out to him. The day concluded with a lunch at IHOP for Blanchard and Urker's relatives. Arrangements are underway for the care of Urker's dog, Parker, with one of his siblings temporarily taking the pet.

Urker was found unresponsive at a Louisiana home on his 34th birthday, October 1, after failing to respond to texts from Blanchard. Blanchard stated that Urker died of a suspected overdose, expressing her disbelief.

Blanchard and Urker initially met as pen pals in 2017 while Blanchard was incarcerated for her role in her mother's 2015 murder. They became engaged in October 2018 but ended their relationship in August 2019. Following her release from prison, Blanchard divorced her husband Ryan Anderson, whom she married in July 2022, and subsequently rekindled her relationship with Urker.

Blanchard and Urker welcomed their daughter, Aurora, in December 2024. Blanchard described Urker as an "amazing father and a man who was deeply loved," adding that he would "forever be my soulmate."
