Gwyneth Paltrow showcases luxury fashion line in upscale gardening attire
The actress and wellness entrepreneur modeled pieces from her GWYN collection, featuring high-end items for a casual outdoor activity.
Gwyneth Paltrow recently showcased her luxury fashion line, GWYN, by engaging in gardening while dressed in designer attire. The Oscar-winning actress, 53, donned a pair of shorts priced at £335 (approximately $450) and a grey V-neck jumper valued at £444 (approximately $595) for the outdoor activity. She completed the look with wellington boots and a shovel.
Paltrow, who founded her wellness brand Goop in 2008, presented other items from the new GWYN collection in accompanying social media posts. These included a £444 ($595) Wall Street shoulder pad blouse, a matching tie, and a £518 ($695) black pencil skirt. Additional photos featured her in a £396 ($495) grey V-neck cardigan, revealing a glimpse of her midriff, and a £668 ($895) blue patterned skirt. She captioned one of the posts, "A new season calls for a new uniform."
The lifestyle and wellness brand Goop was reportedly valued at £323 million last year. Paltrow has previously used social media to promote her brand and products, sometimes in revealing ways. Last week, she shared a TikTok video featuring various knitwear pieces from her GWYN line, appearing topless with a strategically placed black bar for modesty while wearing white jeans. In July, she posted a video promoting a unisex shower gel, appearing naked in a shower with a towel.
This practice of using her image to promote Goop is not new for Paltrow. In 2017, she posed topless and covered in mud for the cover of Goop's first print magazine. In 2022, she shared a video lathering herself with Goop products in the shower while wearing a nude bodysuit. The following year, she again appeared topless while modeling loose-fitting jeans for a Goop sale.
