Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk Share Public Display of Affection in NYC
The celebrity couple was seen kissing during a low-key lunch outing, weeks after their daughter Apple Martin was also photographed sharing a kiss with her boyfriend.
Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband, Brad Falchuk, were seen sharing a kiss during a public outing in New York City this week. The couple was spotted grabbing lunch at the sushi spot Yoshino on Wednesday, presenting a united and affectionate front.
Paltrow, 53, wore a stylishly casual outfit consisting of a light blue blouse tucked into blue jeans, complemented by black ankle boots and sunglasses. Falchuk opted for a similar relaxed ensemble, wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.
The public display of affection comes shortly after their 22-year-old daughter, Apple Martin, was photographed kissing her boyfriend during a shopping trip in the city. Martin's boyfriend has been identified as former athlete and philanthropist Moshe Levi. The couple reportedly attended Vanderbilt University together, with Martin graduating in May with a degree in law, history, and society, while Levi completed his undergraduate studies in economics and business in April.
Paltrow and Falchuk, who married in 2018, have been open about their past relationship decisions. In 2025, they shared on Paltrow's Goop podcast that they had intentionally not lived together for the first year of their marriage, a decision they both reflected on with some reservations.
"I don't think so. I mean, I think at the time, we really felt like we were doing the right thing," Paltrow said when asked if she would repeat the decision. "We were trying to kind of land the plane very, very gently and slowly and get everybody on board."
Falchuk added that he believed the delay might have given the children too much perceived power in the situation, though he acknowledged the importance of them having agency.
Before her marriage to Falchuk, Paltrow was married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin from 2003 to 2016. They are parents to Apple and their son Moses, 20. Falchuk also has two children from his previous marriage.
Paltrow has recently been in the spotlight for other reasons, including her appearance in a new summer campaign for Chloé, where she was described by creative director Chemena Kamali as embodying a "surreal summer fantasy" with her "radiance and timeless beauty."
