Gwyneth Paltrow has addressed speculation surrounding her appearance in her viral cooking videos, stating that followers see her natural look without enhancements.

Paltrow, 53, discussed the topic during an interview with music producer Benny Blanco for her Goop podcast. When Blanco questioned if she used makeup or filters for her online cooking content, Paltrow responded, "No. Are you kidding?"

Blanco had remarked on Paltrow's seemingly flawless appearance while making dishes, such as "boyfriend breakfasts" and an apple Dutch for early autumn, in her videos. He humorously asked if she was "getting made up before these" or using a filter.

Paltrow also shared a personal detail from her nighttime routine, revealing that she removes mouth tape, which promotes nasal breathing and helps stop snoring, each morning. When asked about her last Google search, she guessed it was related to food.

During the podcast, Blanco also complimented Paltrow's husband, Brad Falchuk, describing him as having an "eight-pack" and resembling "the hulk."

This conversation follows Paltrow's appearance on Blanco's "Friends Keep Secrets" podcast, where she discussed the origin of her famously named Goop candle, "This Smells Like My Vagina." She explained the name was a spontaneous, humorous remark made during the scent development process.
