A video shared on social media on October 17 shows Noel-Teru Gibson, 44, a homeless man known as Tiger in Greenwich Village, engaging in a physical altercation with another man outside The Red Lion bar on Bleecker Street. The incident, captured in footage posted online, depicts Gibson first confronting the man, then punching him multiple times before he falls and strikes his head against a scaffolding pole, appearing unconscious.

Following the assault, the video shows Gibson searching the unconscious man's pockets, removing what appears to be an ID badge and a cell phone. He then returns the items to the man, pats him on the shoulder, and attempts to drag him away from the street. The unidentified man is later seen in the video walking with a visible bruise on his jawline.

The New York Police Department has no record of Gibson being arrested on October 17 in connection with this incident. Gibson has been a frequent presence in the Greenwich Village area, known for his distinctive tail-wearing attire.

In a separate incident on October 14, Gibson was arrested for public lewdness and harassment. According to the NYPD, he was observed dancing and gyrating nude on Bleecker Street. Video from that arrest showed him partially clothed and arguing with officers.

Residents of Greenwich Village have previously expressed concerns about Gibson's behavior. One anonymous parent told The Post that Gibson had chased his son earlier this year, and that his daughter had seen him naked on her way to school.
