Anthony Constantino, a Republican congressional candidate in New York, has declared that Donald Trump, his fiancée, and Roger Stone are the only individuals capable of controlling him. This statement was made in a January 2025 clip from comedian Chrissie Mayr’s podcast, which was later highlighted by The Bulwark and Mediaite.
Constantino, who is running to represent New York’s 21st congressional district and serves as the CEO of the printing company Sticker Mule, has previously expressed strong support for Trump. Last year, he gifted Trump a statue depicting the former president, which is displayed at Trump's West Palm Beach golf club. He also released a rap album titled “Thank You President Trump,” which he described as “multi-genre” and features several interludes and songs dedicated to the president.
Constantino first gained attention in the MAGA community in 2024 when he installed a large “VOTE FOR TRUMP” sign atop Sticker Mule’s headquarters in Amsterdam, New York. An earlier proposal for an “America Loves Trump” sign and park in the community did not materialize.
According to a recent poll by the Times Union/Siena College, Constantino is currently trailing his opponent, Democrat Blake Gendebien, by a narrow margin of 46% to 42%.
