Global 'Chaos Inc.' Network Expands, Plans New European Demonstrations

A political coalition known as "Chaos Inc.," characterized by a merging of far-left and Islamist groups, has expanded to encompass 101 organizations across 13 countries, including the United States. This network is planning further demonstrations in Europe, building on recent unrest. A "rebellion...sweeping Europe" is being organized, with plans for a coordinated European youth strike on November 20.

This expansion follows recent large-scale protests in France, where an estimated 500,000 demonstrators took to the streets. French activists are calling for a new protest on Saturday, October 24, dubbed "Acte II," with 212 "mobilizations" planned. The network, an increase from 54 organizations identified earlier, represents a convergence of communist, socialist, and hard-leftist groups with Islamist organizations, often referred to as a "red-green" alliance.

Among the participating groups are those identifying with the "Antifa" movement. U.S.-based figures are also amplifying the European protests. Hatem Bazian, identified as the founder of anti-Israel Palestinian organizations, has shared protest-related videos. Bazian has drawn connections between recent events in Paris, explosions at a hospital in Gaza, and historical protests in Paris by Algerian demonstrators.

The European unrest is also receiving support from U.S.-based organizations funded by Neville Roy Singham, an American tech entrepreneur residing in Shanghai. These include BreakThrough News, CodePink, and the Party for Socialism and Liberation. BreakThrough News has framed the ongoing events as "Europe's Youth Uprising," citing protests in France, Spain, and Albania against austerity, rising rents, and government spending on military action.

Organizers in France are using the website 17octobregiletjaune.net to coordinate logistics and communication, with plans extending to "Acte III" on October 31 and further actions in November and even into 2027. The upcoming "International Youth Strike" on November 20 is being promoted by a coalition of far-left groups. Their manifesto asserts that "the exploitation of workers, climate breakdown and war are not failures of the system but the essence of capitalism," and calls for "radical system change."

Organizations such as "Socialist Students" in the UK are coordinating with dozens of other European youth and student groups for the November 20 strike. These groups advocate for socialist change and view the fight against "militarisation, rearmament, austerity and imperialism" as inseparable from the economic system. The youthstrike.org website, registered in August, is a focal point for this international mobilization. The U.S. organization CODEPINK has linked the French protests to its own planned mobilization, demanding federal spending shifts from military to social programs.
