Gigi Hadid Fuels Marriage Rumors with Ring at Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Gigi Hadid was photographed sporting a gold band on her ring finger on Sunday as she prepared backstage for the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The sighting has intensified ongoing rumors that the supermodel may have secretly married actor Bradley Cooper.

Hadid, 31, appeared cheerful while receiving makeup application and interacting with interviewers. She was dressed in a black halter-neck top and blue jeans, with her blonde hair flowing over her shoulders. Image 11 shows Hadid wearing the ring.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is being held at Sony Pictures Studio in Culver City, California. This marks the event's return to Los Angeles after a 19-year absence. The brand has confirmed the return of several prominent Angels, including Hadid, Adriana Lima, Amelia Gray, Grace Elizabeth, Ashley Graham, Joan Smalls, Abby Champion, Alex Consani, and Paloma Elsesser.

Musical performances for the show are scheduled from Megan Thee Stallion, Katseye, Megan Moroney, and Tate McRae. A notable moment will be the debut of Victoria's Secret's newest Angel, identified through the brand's YouTube series "Angels Among Us."

However, the event has not been without controversy. Several models have reported being excluded from this year's show, leading to backlash on social media. Romee Strijd, who previously walked in the show from 2014 to 2018, shared her disappointment on TikTok after being informed she was not a "good fit" for the 2026 show. Strijd stated she had trained rigorously for the casting, which took place in September. She expressed that the process was "mentally exhausting" and that she did not like how she was treated. "I don't think I am going to cast any more in the future [for Victoria's Secret Fashion Show] because I don't like the way it went, I don't like how the whole process went, I don't like the way I was treated and I would love to keep the positive memories of VS," Strijd said.

Frida Aasen, who walked in the show in 2017 and 2018, commented on Strijd's video, stating she also received a rejection after attending the casting. Social media users have vowed to boycott the show in response to these rejections, with many expressing that models like Strijd "ARE the show."

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, first held in 1995, was a highly anticipated annual event for decades. It was broadcast live on television starting in 2001. The show was canceled in 2019 amid criticism regarding the brand's lack of diversity and controversial comments made by then-chief marketing officer Ed Razek. Following a six-year hiatus, the show returned in 2024 with a more inclusive roster, featuring plus-size and transgender models. However, this iteration received a lukewarm reception. In 2025, the company's new CEO, Hillary Super, announced a pivot back to the brand's "unapologetically sexy" image, aiming to boost struggling sales and move away from its more recent inclusive branding.
