Giants Running Back Cam Skattebo Navigates Traffic Chaos on Way to 'SNF' Game

New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo was caught in pre-game traffic like many other fans before the Giants' "Sunday Night Football" victory against the Dallas Cowboys. Video footage shows Skattebo in his raised Ford pickup truck, inching along in traffic outside MetLife Stadium.
Fans in other vehicles noticed Skattebo and called out to him. "Go Skattebo," they shouted. "Go over them." Skattebo responded with a hand gesture and was later heard yelling from his truck, "Let me in. I'm the running back," in an apparent attempt to get through the congestion.
Despite the chaotic commute, Skattebo arrived approximately two and a half hours before kickoff. For his pre-game attire, he donned the high school jersey of Jaxson Dart.
Skattebo's arrival was followed by a strong performance on the field. He scored the Giants' opening touchdown on a goal-line play, giving the team a 7-0 lead. Following his touchdown, Skattebo executed his signature backflip celebration, narrowly avoiding a pile of teammates.
Throughout the game, Skattebo accumulated 81 rushing yards on 18 carries and scored one touchdown. He was not targeted in the passing game.
Devin Singletary also contributed to the Giants' offense, recording six carries for 16 yards, along with four receptions for 22 yards and a touchdown. This included a series of plays where the Giants appeared to run a similar play consecutively for a score.
