Georgina Rodriguez, accompanied by her fiancé Cristiano Ronaldo and his son Cristiano Jr., has been vacationing in Portugal, fueling speculation about an imminent wedding. Rodriguez posted photos on Friday, including one in a bikini and another in a beach cover-up, where she appeared to prominently display her large diamond engagement ring.

The couple, who have been dating since 2016, are rumored to be planning to marry this weekend in Portugal. One report suggests the ceremony could take place at the Quinta da Regaleira estate in Sintra. However, it has been noted that this estate appears to be open to the public this weekend, casting doubt on the venue speculation.

Rodriguez captioned one of her recent posts with "Shinrin-yoku," a Japanese term for relaxation in nature, as the couple unwound on a beach. Both Rodriguez and Ronaldo have been seen sporting their engagement rings publicly in recent days, including on a yacht trip and while boarding a private jet.

Ronaldo, 41, previously stated his intention to marry Rodriguez after the 2022 World Cup, telling Piers Morgan, "I'm going to marry her because I believe it's the right time. Not just because she's the mother of my children - but because she's the person I love most."

Rodriguez, 32, first met Ronaldo when she worked as a sales assistant in a Madrid Gucci store. The couple has two daughters together, Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda, and welcomed twins Eva Maria and Mateo through surrogacy. Bella had a twin brother, Angel, who passed away shortly after birth. Ronaldo also has a son, Cristiano Jr., from a previous relationship.

Following Ronaldo's move to Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr in 2022 on a reported £175 million-a-year contract, the family relocated to Saudi Arabia. This move effectively signaled the end of his career at the top European level, as he had reportedly hoped for a transfer to a Champions League club. Ronaldo has acknowledged wishing he could leave Saudi Arabia and focus solely on playing for Portugal.
