Georgia Toffolo has shared that she regrets her spontaneous wedding to James Watt, expressing a desire for a second ceremony because she was not fond of the dress she wore.

Toffolo, 31, and Watt, 44, the founder of BrewDog, eloped last year in North East Scotland. In a recent Instagram video, Toffolo confessed her wish for a second wedding, attributing it to her dissatisfaction with her wedding dress.

During a TikTok trend filmed at an airport, Watt playfully commented, "Boarding all passengers who want to do a second wedding day because she didn't love her wedding dress." Toffolo responded in agreement, "OK I'm actually going to own that, I do. I've got regrets, we have to to do it again."

For their elopement, Toffolo wore a strapless corset dress with a flowing veil for the vows, later changing into a cream faux-fur gown paired with brown boots for a photoshoot on a fishing boat. Watt opted for a navy suit for the church ceremony and a cream sweater with blue overalls for the boat photoshoot.

The couple exchanged vows in the picturesque town of Gardenstown in Aberdeenshire, at the same church where Watt's grandparents were married. At the time, they spoke about the stress-free nature of their unconventional wedding planning. Toffolo had previously written on Instagram, "I would really recommend doing it this way. We've not had one bit of stress about this wedding. None."

She also shared details of their unconventional preparations, including traveling to the church in a transit van and carrying daffodils picked that morning. The couple reportedly settled their pre-wedding nerves with jam on toast and tea in Watt's grandmother's kitchen before heading to the ceremony.

Following the wedding, the couple embarked on a three-day honeymoon in Scotland and maintained a low-key lifestyle. "We're staying in Scotland because we love it up here!" Toffolo had explained, adding, "We are so excited to just relax as the past few weeks have been so intense for James and I. We're not going to be doing anything insane or crazy."

Toffolo announced their marriage on Instagram, captioning photos from the fishing boat: "James and I got married today. 1st March will forever be the best day of my life – the day I became your wife. We eloped! Guests: whoever could get here with 48 hours notice! Temperature: 6°C. Wind: 17 knots North Westerly. Location: North East Scotland. To our family and friends who aren’t with us, we will celebrate with you soonest!"

The couple became engaged in October, when Watt proposed with an eight-carat triple-diamond ring, estimated to be worth £200,000, during a trip to Greece for Toffolo's 30th birthday.
