Georgia Toffolo has voiced her disapproval of individuals who reserve sun loungers on holidays, revealing her own detailed plan to secure the best spots during a recent trip to Lake Como. The 31-year-old former star of Made in Chelsea shared her thoughts on Instagram on Tuesday while on a luxury vacation with her husband, James Watt, 44.
Toffolo stated that she is "embarrassed" but felt compelled to be honest about her approach. "I need a game plan because I want these two," she said in a video to her husband, referring to specific sunbeds, "and I don't subscribe to the thought of getting up early at six, putting the towels down and then going out for breakfast."
She elaborated on her feelings about this practice, stating, "I don't like that. I judge people that do that, so I will instead design my whole morning around getting the best sun beds."
Toffolo asked her husband to specify his preferred location, inquiring, "Do you want to be here in the sandy bit? Or do you want to be on the floating swimming pool? What sunbed do you want because I will get it in the morning, I am the sunbed hunter."
Expressing her strong feelings on the matter, she added, "At the hotel we just moved out of they were throwing people's towels off if they weren't there and I loved it. I loved it."
She then instructed her husband on her plan: "Where do you want to be specific? These ones, front line, close to the restaurant. Leave it to me, my friends, see you at 6am."
The couple is staying at the five-star Grand Hotel Tremezzo, where a lake view room can cost close to £2,000 per night. The couple's trip to Lake Como follows recent social media activity where Toffolo and Watt humorously discussed finances and their fertility journey. In one TikTok video, Watt playfully teased Toffolo about their finances, and also referenced their efforts to conceive, noting that his sperm had been tested and found to be very good, amidst Toffolo's candid discussions about trying for a baby for eight months.
Georgia and James, who married last year after two years together, shared various videos from their trip, including moments on a boat and Toffolo jumping into the lake.
