The trailer for Gemma Collins' upcoming reality series, "Gemma Collins: Everything. All At Once.," offers a glimpse into significant personal events, including the final pictures of her late mother, her experiences with fertility struggles, and the departure of her boyfriend, Rami, following arguments. The show is set to be released on September 15 on Sky and NOW.

Collins, 45, stated in the trailer, "I had it all planned out. Marriage, babies. But the minute I started filming this show, my whole world fell apart." The trailer includes images of her mother, Joan, with Collins saying, "My mum's ill..." Joan passed away in July at the age of 70 after battling pneumonia twice in the six months prior to her death.

The series also addresses Collins' fertility challenges, with a scene showing her speaking with a doctor who delivers difficult news. Collins has previously been open about her struggles with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and an underactive thyroid, which she believes have impacted her fertility.

Relationship difficulties with Rami are also featured. The trailer shows an argument, during which Rami states, "Hey, hey don't give me that alright." Collins is then heard saying, "He's packed all his stuff and gone," before expressing distress, "I haven't even done anything wrong. I can deal with a lot but it's like boom, boom, boom, boom."

Collins announced her mother's death on Instagram in July, describing her grief as waves hitting her. She shared a tribute to her mother, calling her passing a "shattering" event and expressing gratitude for her love, guidance, and strength. Collins mentioned looking for signs from her mother, such as butterflies, to bring a sense of peace.

Joan had a history of ill health, including two previous hospitalizations for pneumonia, one in December 2025 and another in March 2020. In 2024, she was in intensive care after a health scare where she stopped breathing, an event that left Collins fearing the worst. Joan, a former hairdresser, had also made appearances on "The Only Way Is Essex" and was featured on Collins' episode of "Who Do You Think You Are?" which explored their family history. The show uncovered that Joan's biological mother may have been forced to give her up for adoption due to misdiagnosed mental health issues.
