Gary Barlow was seen in London on Monday, shortly after discussing the physical demands of Take That's recent 'Circus' tour. The 55-year-old singer was spotted at the Dorian restaurant in Notting Hill with wine expert and social media personality Tom Gilbey.

Barlow, dressed casually in a black jumper, tracksuit bottoms, and a baseball cap, was photographed as he and Gilbey enjoyed a drink. This outing follows Barlow's recent comments about concluding the tour and his subsequent family holiday to Mexico.

In a social media post after his holiday, Barlow shared that he was "finally out of the tour bubble" and focused on completing Take That's new album. He had previously revealed that the 'Circus' tour had taken a significant toll, stating he could "never physically do the shows again."

He reflected on the tour's conclusion in July, noting that while it was their "best ever" after 35 years, it felt different. "I was 38 when we originally did this show, and I have to say it's been a whole other challenge doing it as a 55-year-old," Barlow wrote. "I just can't see a way I could physically do this show again."

Despite the physical challenges, Barlow expressed his appreciation for the experience, calling it "The Circus" and stating, "I got to run away with The Circus twice."

Following the tour's final performance in Dublin, Barlow had shared an emotional statement on X (formerly Twitter) detailing how age-related challenges would prevent him from undertaking a similar tour in the future. He also mentioned that he had been preparing extensively for the tour, which began in May, and had previously visited a luxury wellness clinic.

Barlow indicated that work on the new Take That album is nearing completion, with deadlines serving as a motivating factor. He also hinted at "very exciting plans" for European fans. The singer stated he is continuing to stay active and fit post-tour and is enjoying downtime with his family. He shared images of himself on holiday at the One&Only Palmilla resort in Los Cabos, highlighting his toned physique.
