Musician G Flip ended their romantic relationship with "Selling Sunset" star Chrishell Stause because of her "clingy" and "demanding" behavior, according to a source cited by the Daily Mail.
The insider reported that trouble had been escalating in the couple's relationship for over a year, with frequent arguments and G Flip expressing a dislike for the "drama."
According to Page Six, G Flip, whose real name is Georgia Flippo, reportedly became "fed up" with Stause and "couldn't take it anymore."
Stause, 45, and G Flip, 33, announced their split via Instagram on Monday. Stause shared a tearful video, while G Flip posted a statement.
Sources told TMZ that G Flip ended the relationship during a recent trip to Australia, stating that they no longer had romantic feelings for Stause. This report contradicts speculation that the breakup was due to Stause being "mean."
Representatives for both G Flip and Stause did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Stause and G Flip began dating in March 2022 after meeting the previous Halloween. They publicly confirmed their relationship in May 2022 and later starred together in G Flip's music video for "Get Me Outta Here."
While they never legally married, the couple held four wedding ceremonies and vow renewals between 2023 and July 2025. They have also reportedly tattooed their vows.
In her breakup announcement video, Stause expressed feeling like "a little bit of a failure" and indicated that she did not fully understand all the reasons behind the split. She was previously married to "This Is Us" actor Justin Hartley.
