Fugitive Arrested in San Diego After Living as Acclaimed Chef

U.S. Marshals have arrested a fugitive who was living a double life as a popular chef in San Diego. The man, identified as 50-year-old Brian Anthony Williams, had been operating under the alias Troy Williams and was the chef at Miss B's Coconut Club in San Diego.
Williams was wanted for a kidnapping charge out of Iowa. The arrest concluded a period during which he had evaded law enforcement while establishing a new identity and career in California.
