Rep. Russell Fry, R-S.C., has endorsed Sen. Darline Graham, R-S.C., the top finisher in the South Carolina special Republican U.S. Senate primary, as she heads into a runoff election against Rep. Ralph Norman. Fry, who placed third in the August 11 primary, announced his support for Graham in a post on X.

"President Trump needs fighters and allies in the Senate who will show up every day and get results. I believe Darline Graham will be exactly that," Fry stated. He added that Graham's experiences have shaped her and give her "a real understanding of the challenges families across South Carolina face."

Fry urged his supporters to back Graham in the Aug. 25 runoff election. "Campaigns are temporary. The cause is bigger than any one candidate. Now let’s get it done," he wrote.

Graham, who was appointed to fill the remainder of her brother Sen. Lindsey Graham's term, secured the top spot in the primary. President Donald Trump, who previously endorsed Graham, reiterated his support for her runoff bid on his Truth Social account, noting her endorsement from Fry.

Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., who finished second in the primary, will face Graham in the upcoming runoff election to determine who will succeed the late Sen. Lindsey Graham for the remainder of his term. Rep. Russell Fry Sen. Darline Graham
