From Football Field to Fashion Runway: Rylee Arnold's Whirlwind Weekend
Dancing with the Stars performer Rylee Arnold cheered boyfriend Walker Lyons to victory at BYU before attending the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show red carpet.
Rylee Arnold experienced a notable weekend, transitioning from the sidelines of a major college football upset to the glamour of a high-profile fashion event. On Saturday, Arnold was present in Provo, Utah, to witness her boyfriend, BYU tight end Walker Lyons, make the game-winning touchdown catch as the Cougars defeated No. 2-ranked Notre Dame.
Lyons concluded the game with five receptions, including a pivotal 49-yard touchdown that secured the lead for BYU. Following the game, Arnold, a performer on "Dancing With the Stars," traveled to Los Angeles for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show red carpet event.
Arnold, 21, described her experience as the "proudest girlfriend ever" as she shifted from an oversized BYU hoodie to a dress suitable for the fashion show. The event in Los Angeles also served as a business opportunity, allowing her to network. Arnold is currently competing in season 35 of "Dancing With the Stars" with her celebrity partner, Connor Wood.
Meanwhile, BYU quarterback Bear Bachmeier commented on the victory, stating that Notre Dame had disrespected him and his family during the recruiting process. Bachmeier emphasized his determination to win against the team, noting that he played with significant intensity.
