Francesca Allen's wedding celebrations commenced in opulent style with a welcome drinks event overlooking the French Riviera on Friday night. The former Love Island star, 30, who had previously married Ed Crossan in a civil ceremony at Marylebone Town Hall last month, revealed her lavish reception is being held in Monaco.

Friends shared images and videos from the event, showcasing Allen in a striking sheer floor-length gown adorned with delicate white flowers, worn over a nude bodysuit. Her hair was styled in a half-up, half-down manner, complemented by subtle jewelry.

Allen gave her friend Maria Wild a tour of the venue before guests arrived, offering a glimpse of the festivities. Highlights included a champagne tower, an Aperol Spritz bar, and a barbecue dinner. Reflecting the destination's reputation, the couple also arranged for a poker table and a dealer to entertain attendees. A dance floor was set up, with video footage capturing Allen and Crossan sharing a dance as guests cheered them on.

The couple's initial ceremony took place last month at Marylebone Town Hall, where Allen, a reality star, married waste disposal mogul Ed Crossan, 36. After six years of dating and a five-year engagement, the couple emerged from the venue. Allen wore a floor-length gown with a bow detail and a wide-brimmed hat, while Crossan sported a light blue suit. They departed in a vintage Mercedes, accompanied by their dog, Stormi. Allen later shared a photo on Instagram with the caption "Mr and Mrs Crossan," followed by a montage video of the ceremony set to "Best Of My Love."

Prior to the civil ceremony, Allen stayed at the Landmark Hotel, documenting moments in bridal pajamas and running up a marble staircase. She also shared a video set to a song from Disney's "Frozen," referencing Elsa's coronation day.

Allen and Crossan, a family friend, confirmed their relationship in November 2021 with holiday pictures from Dubai. Allen previously described their early relationship as complex, with both friends and their circles socializing together before they decided to pursue a romantic relationship. Seven weeks after officially confirming their romance, they became engaged at Home House, a members' club. Allen announced the engagement as "the best Christmas present a girl could ask for," noting they had been dating for 18 months prior to the proposal but kept it private.
