Francesca Allen Celebrates Wedding Weekend with Lavish Riviera Welcome Drinks
The former 'Love Island' star hosted a glamorous pre-wedding event in Monaco, overlooking the French Riviera.

Francesca Allen commenced her wedding festivities with a lavish welcome reception on the French Riviera.
The former 'Love Island' star, 30, hosted the event on Friday night in Monaco, a location kept under wraps until friends shared images and videos from the celebration. This follows Allen's intimate civil ceremony at Marylebone Town Hall last month, where she married waste disposal magnate Ed Crossan, 36, after six years of dating and a five-year engagement.
Allen stunned in a sheer, floor-length floral gown worn over a nude bodysuit for the welcome drinks. Her hair was styled in a half-up, half-down manner, complemented by delicate jewelry. She later changed into a pillar-shaped gown with a bow at the chest, paired with a wide-brimmed hat for her departure from the town hall.
Crossan wore a light blue suit with a calla lily buttonhole. The couple departed the historic building in a 1959 Mercedes-Benz 190 SL, a classic convertible valued up to £100,000, accompanied by their dog, Stormi.
Guests at the event included Francesca's sister Claudia. Following the ceremony, Allen shared a selfie on Instagram with her new husband, captioned "Mr and Mrs Crossan." She also posted a montage video of the ceremony set to The Emotions' "Best Of My Love."
Earlier in the day, Allen stayed at the Landmark Hotel, sharing videos in bridal pajamas and playfully running up a marble staircase, referencing the coronation day from Disney's 'Frozen.'
Allen and Crossan, who previously dated TOWIE's Amber Turner, knew each other through their families for years before their relationship became romantic. Crossan was named vice chairman of his father's company, Powerday, in January 2019. The couple officially confirmed their relationship in November 2021 with holiday pictures from Dubai.
Allen revealed on social media that their relationship's progression was complex, involving FaceTime calls and group outings before they decided to pursue a romantic relationship. Seven weeks after going Instagram official, Allen announced their engagement, which took place at the members' club Home House. She described the engagement as the "best Christmas present a girl could ask for."
