FOX Sports will commemorate military members with a two-day salute ahead of Veterans Day, featuring live broadcasts from the United States Military Academy at West Point and the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
The tribute begins Saturday, Nov. 7, at 10 a.m. ET, with "Big Noon Kickoff" broadcasting from West Point. The show will include hundreds of uniformed cadets and college football fans honoring U.S. armed forces prior to the Army-Air Force matchup.
The following day, Sunday, Nov. 8, at 11 a.m. ET, "FOX NFL Sunday" will broadcast live from both West Point and Annapolis. The program from Annapolis will be set against the backdrop of Bancroft Hall.
"Big Noon Kickoff" will feature hosts Rob Stone, Urban Meyer, Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn, Mark Ingram II, Chris "The Bear" Fallica, and Tom Rinaldi, along with guests. The "FOX NFL Sunday" team includes Curt Menefee, Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, Michael Strahan, Rob Gronkowski, Jay Glazer, Charissa Thompson, Charles Woodson, and Julian Edelman.
FOX Sports CEO and executive producer Eric Shanks stated that the network is proud to expand its tradition of saluting military heroes. "There is no more meaningful backdrop than these two storied institutions, and we look forward to celebrating America’s veterans and the enduring bond between military service and sports across Veterans Day weekend," Shanks said.
This event is part of FOX Sports' broader commemoration of America's 250th birthday. Throughout the weekend's coverage, the network aims to recognize service members and highlight the two academies.
