Fox News co-host Jessica Tarlov expressed skepticism regarding former President Donald Trump's repeated statements that the conflict with Iran is nearing its conclusion and is under control. Tarlov's comments came after co-host Jesse Watters asserted that the situation was being managed effectively.

Tarlov questioned the shifting timelines presented for ending the war, which began in February. She noted that initial predictions of a resolution within "24 to 48 hours" had evolved to "a few weeks, then it's a few months." She also referenced repeated mentions of "bridge and power plant day," suggesting a lack of decisive progress.

"It feels like B.S. at this point," Tarlov stated, adding that Trump has consistently claimed Iran is seeking a resolution and that the conflict is almost over. She argued that if the bombing campaigns had been as effective as claimed, the current issues would not persist. "If it was as obliterated as you say it is, we wouldn’t have any of these problems. That’s the truth," she said.

Tarlov summarized her argument on X, writing, "We were promised 24–48 hours. Then a few weeks. Then a few months. We’ve had “bridge day” and “power plant day” multiple times. Every day it’s “Iran wants a deal.” Every day it’s “the war is almost over.” At some point, enough. We tried bombs. We tried diplomacy. And now you’re left thinking this is just market manipulation."
