Fox News Host Cuts Off Interview With Trump
Larry Kudlow ends conversation with former president as Trump attempts to continue speaking.
President Donald Trump participated in a phone interview with Fox News host Larry Kudlow on Sunday Morning Futures, discussing a variety of topics.
Towards the conclusion of the interview, Kudlow stated, "I got to let you go," before adding, "I'm going to get into trouble." Trump, who sounded hoarse, responded by asserting, "Larry, we're the hottest country anywhere in the world," and praised Kudlow.
Trump then suggested Kudlow's good ratings would prevent any repercussions, to which Kudlow responded with a nervous chuckle. Kudlow attempted to end the segment again, wishing the President safe travels and good luck on the campaign trail. Trump continued to express his approval, telling Kudlow, "I'm proud of you."
After the President ended the call, Kudlow chuckled again and mentioned that he and Trump are "old friends" and that he "loves talking to him."
