Fort Dix Prison Where Diddy is Held Becomes Scene of Sex Abuse Scandal

Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, the New Jersey prison where Sean 'Diddy' Combs is currently incarcerated, is now at the center of a sex abuse scandal. On Tuesday, Jordan Pensak, a 27-year-old corrections officer at the facility, pleaded guilty to sexually abusing an individual in federal custody, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.

Pensak admitted to engaging in sexual activity with an inmate at the low-security Burlington County facility in January 2026. Court documents and statements made in court indicate she also exchanged sexually explicit photos and messages with the inmate via social media and electronic applications. The inmate allegedly utilized two contraband cellphones to facilitate these communications.

Prosecutors revealed that Pensak discussed the relationship with several individuals, including the inmate’s family. In one instance, she expressed concerns about a potential pregnancy resulting from the encounter.

Pensak faces a maximum sentence of 15 years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine. Her sentencing is scheduled for February 10, 2027.

Page Six has reached out to Fort Dix for comment but has not yet received a response.

The case involving Pensak does not directly involve Combs. However, the revelations come as the 56-year-old rapper faces a delay in his projected release date. Reports have surfaced detailing allegations of a lavish lifestyle for Combs while behind bars.

Sources have claimed that Combs has received special treatment at Fort Dix, including having inmates allegedly cook for him, clean his living space, and provide him with Chinese-style massages. He is also alleged to have had access to a contraband cellphone, premium liquor, and prescription medication, using the phone for social media and viewing explicit content.

Combs' representative has refuted these claims, stating that media outlets have exaggerated mundane details of his prison life and that the music mogul is serving his sentence according to the rules while his appeal is pending.

Following the emergence of these allegations, Combs was reportedly moved to solitary confinement. Bureau of Prisons records indicate that Combs’ release date from Fort Dix has been moved from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028. A representative for Combs stated that he remains focused on serving his sentence and reuniting with his family.

Combs was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation for prostitution, though he was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October 2025 and transferred from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to Fort Dix to serve his sentence.
