Former 'Survivor' Contestant Wanted by FBI for Son's Disappearance Speaks Out
Jaime Dugan, who competed on 'Survivor: China,' has broken her silence after vanishing with her 16-year-old son, Harper, whom her ex-husband says she has kept from him since August 30.
Jaime Dugan, a former contestant on the reality television show "Survivor: China," has spoken out following a nationwide search initiated by the FBI due to her disappearance with her 16-year-old son, Harper.
Dugan, 41, and Harper were last seen by law enforcement on August 30 during a planned custody exchange. Her ex-husband, Erik Huffman, also a "Survivor" alum, stated that his son's safety is his paramount concern. Huffman reported that Harper has not been seen or heard from by him or other family members since that date. He described Harper as having a stable routine and being "coming into his own" while living with him.
In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, Dugan insisted that she is protecting Harper but declined to reveal their current location. The FBI has an active investigation into the matter.
Huffman and Dugan met while competing on "Survivor: China" in 2007. They began dating shortly after the season concluded and married two years later. Their son, Harper, was born the following year. Dugan, pictured with her father and a younger Harper, was 41 at the time of the disappearance.
Huffman, pictured with his son Harper in this image, expressed that his primary focus is ensuring his son's well-being.
